The top plate is the part onto which the PCB holders are screwed. It is connected to the middle assembly by four metal supports. It is 176mm long in diameter since it needs to meet the size constraints of the RoboCup (i.e. the robot's maximum size is 180mm in diameter and 150mm in height). The holes on the sides have cables going thought them to connect the motors and the chipper and kicker solenoids to the PCBs. It is 3D printed with PETG.
