This printer is very nice if you want to print with specific materials (TPU and ABS for example, which the prusa cannot print). It works great but slower than the prusa. So far, we've never had to fix it, which is good because it means it is sturdy and it save us time and money. However, there are very few documentation about it, so if it ever breaks it will be quite difficult to fix. We got this printer from Cards 3D Printing company, they are renting it to us for one year starting in March 2022. So see with external affairs if they can get the company to rent it for longer if you need. Also, if you are having any issues with this printer, contacting Cards 3D Printing might be a good idea since they have Ultimakers in their office so they probably know how to fix them.
The XY calibration is the main one you'll have to do. You can go to Preferences > Maintenance > Print head > Calibrate XY offset and select Start calibration to start it, then follow the steps on the screen.
We used Ultimaker Cura to slice the files for this printer. It works great and is easy to use.
We never had to do it in the 21-22 year, but if anything ever breaks, ask Cards 3D Printing to help you fix it.
